JayKub

JayKub is a 25-year-old ambivert songwriter and producer residing in Salem, Oregon. His sole focus in life is to create a safe haven for all creatives to develop their own universe while simultaneously being able to fund themselves. During his upbringing, JayKub spent most of his time in the wrong crowds and always felt like he was meant to be part of something bigger than himself. It wasn’t until mid-2021 that he found himself being recruited by White Collar Rhymes (“WCR”), an internet collective of artists stretching across the US as well as parts in the UK.

Present

JayKub is actively involved in the WCR community and continues to develop his craft. In late 2021, he introduced the first installment of ICE CREAM TAPES, serving as his unofficial debut under his new label. The project is feature-heavy and introduced several new artists to the ICE CREAM universe. After a two-year hiatus, JayKub and fellow WCR collaborator and friend, Pair-A-Dyce, released their duo-project titled ORANGE PAINT, which is considered JayKub’s official debut under the WCR umbrella. The project features verses from fellow WCR members Loose Logic and Passive, as well as narration bits from WCR affiliate RayStanz.

What's Next

Looking ahead, JayKub is rumored to be working on his second installment of ICE CREAM TAPES as well as a solo self-titled project. He aims to continue creating music that provides a platform for emerging artists and helps them establish their own creative identities. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, JayKub hopes to make a lasting impact on the music industry and inspire other creatives to pursue their passions.
